After creating your UTME profile, and you have confirmed you made no mistake during the creation, the next thing is to go ahead and make payment for the exam. After making this payment, you would be issued an ePin which would be needed to complete your Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination registration.

But how can you make your payment? Well, all you have to do is to walk into any of the following places:
- NIPOST or any of the eleven participating banks: ACCESS, ECOBANK, FIRSTBANK, FCMB, FIDELITY, JAIZ, SKYE, STERLING, UNION, UNITY and ZENITH
- Any of the four mobile money operators: Paga, e-Tranzact (PocketMoni), TEASYPay and Packway Projects (Readycash)
- Any of the two participating micro finance banks: FUD MFB (Dutse) and Regent MFB (Abuja)
- Any of the two online payment platforms: SystemSpecs (Remita) and InterSwitch (Quickteller)
- Any ATM of the banks listed above (InterSwitch)
- USSD (NIBSS & ERCAS) for mobile banking
- Any Nigerian Embassy in Abidjan, Accra, Addis Ababa, Buea, Cotonou, Jeddah, Johannesburg and London
Note that after making your payment, you should remember to collect your receipt. Refusal to collect your receipt can end up a problem, and you definitely do not want this.
